And I think this is the real root cause of poor mental health in young people and some of their physical issues is they're not getting enough sleep. We as humans should sigh roughly every five minutes to regulate our stress response. But when we're on a screen, we hold our breath. The way we breathe is being altered by our habits. There's a condition called email apnea where they have studied adults holding their breath. It's like less time doing exercise book Jesus. Your whole biology runs off exercise. That's my thing.
