How to Increase Muscle Strength Over Time

The overarching goal here is to improve your strength. So starting at whatever weight feels heavy for you right now. And then having a long term goal to slowly and steadily improve that weight or increase, I should say, that weight with time. This is something called progressive overload. It's a lot of different ways that you can do that. Existing your volume is another really potent way as well to increase strength. Most women will notice changes in strength before they actually notice aesthetic changes.
