Most Americans are not metabolically flexible and so they're stuck in this, what I call it's like a prison. They will go on to develop type two diabetes which is a lifestyle disease. It's one of those things that it's never too late to start but it's also never too early to start. Our brain health in our 60s, 70s and beyond is directly relational to how well we take care of ourselves in our 30s, 40s and 50s.
