How to Get Lean All Year Long
You want to make sure you stay lean all year long, right? You never want to get too fat because what happens when you get too fat it just becomes impossible to get lean again. The longer you've been training the less weight you can gain in 90 days or in in nine months or 12 months whatever but I would you know opt for gaining five pounds of muscle in a year or again if you're a newbie maybe five pounds of Muscle in 12 weeks and then take it slow from there. If you are that really skinny painfully skinny where it's crushing your confidence you could blow away in the wind so first you got to get lean unless you're still like 17 18% body fat
