The Herd the Name Took Around Opener
The permission based opener is designed to put context and what I know about you at the front end of the opener. If they say, no, I haven't heard your name tossed around, that's a cold call. You shouldn't tell people what you do because customers aren't looking for a product or service when they're getting cold called. Your customer is doing a job and they are dealing with a whole host of problems that your product or service is equipped to help with.
