Do You Need to Eat Before a Hard Workout?
A lot of people avoid fasted training because they think the're ging to perform worse. But there's no difference in interval training performance regardless of if people had eaten or not. And so i guess it's really those longer sessions where that beforehand is going to become more important, sort of two our class top sessions,. Ye. So someone decides that they're not very metabolically flexible. They bonk really easily. We talked before about, you know, why that might be. If some one using those sort of shorter, very high intensity events and they want to really improve their use of caver hydrate, they can have yo cabs before during the session.
