The Importance of Healthy Habits

The problem is that if we're looking to reach a certain state through food it's going to take a lot of food. The fit method is about starting where you are and then taking really all gradual steps so whatever you're doing right now see if you can extend that from 45 minutes to an hour or just take a five minute walk once a day. We often feel bad about ourselves and there's a huge amount of guilt and shame that we feel towards ourselves.
