How Do I Lose Weight With Cycling?

You do need a lot of protein, especially if you want to preserve the lean mass that you already have. You're not going to u not ging to dance through weight loss while doing endurance training coupled with strength training. And hope everything just feels good the whole time. It's going to be uncomfortable, but it doesn't have to be too uncomfortable. If it is too uncomfortable, i would e that you're losing mass, or losing weight, losing fat, whatever it may be, at too rapid a rate.
