Are You Eating Too Close to Your Bedtime?
You should be in bed for at least eight hours. After waking up, wait for at least one or two hours before your first meal. And then count all your meals when you get home - and make sure that happens three to four times a week. No bright light and nod ford for two to three hours during the day if you want to boost it an daytime. If you are taking medications, yo need to work with your physician, because you are going to get some big swings in there.
