How to Anchor Your Reading Routine to Pre-Existing Things

The screen is extraordinary and it's so extraordinary that sometimes it distracts us from our reading. One solution i would like to offer you is to indulge set up create routines and rituals that you like anchoring these routines to pre-existing things that you do away from the screen. It takes on average 66 days to cement a habit habits can be really difficult to undo they're also difficult to start but an easy way to create an immovable habit is to anchor it to something you're already doing. The great thing about anchoring reading with exercise is the blood flow the uptake of oxygen to the brain makes you more likely to engage with what you're reading.
