The Importance of Protein in Your Twenties
I think there is more of a need for that like your protein, you know, I always now take like, and as you said, you probably have to watch. Like just calories in a little bit more because you don't burn burn as much. But one thing I would have is like 100% like protein. Smoothie so I'll have like frozen kale or spinach. Scoop of just 100 per cent protein. Also, some melty fitment because one thing that we have to remember is when you're in your twenties, you don't have as much demands on your time.
