The Challenge of Connecting with Mentors

This chapter explores the difficulties young people face in connecting with mentors who are working on solving the right problems, highlighting the chicken and egg problem of not having enough knowledge to contribute and not being able to join the conversation. It also emphasizes the importance of awareness of this challenge and the goodwill and sympathy towards attempts of connecting with mentors.
