I was a competitive runner right the way through like my teenage years so I competed at a kind of national level ran I think 152 for 800 about 355 for 1500 and about an 8 and a half minutes 3k. Since I stopped rowing like running has always been my main passion and I really enjoy getting out for running several times a weekSo that's pretty much all I do now. I try and get out and do pop runs on a Saturday but I'm not really targeted like any like a half marathon or a marathon yet, certainly nothing competitive for about 10 or so years now.
