There's no extreme diet that has been found to be like associated with longevity is generally just like the well balanced diet is the key. Maintain a good balance between your protein, fats and carbs intake. If you have aspects of diabetes, then it makes sense to restrict the carb. And if you're super fit, then physically active, then it doesn't make sense to restrict carbohydrate.
