How to Slowly Change Your Body

What drives change in the body is a very sudden onset stressor, followed by a very sudden turning off of the stress. So if you can return to normal breathing, normal heart rate and a peaceful state, the body will change quickly. When the body feels safe after it had a signal, safety plus nutrients equals growth and transformation and evolution. And lack of nutrients or over training or even just training for a long period of time and then going right away, you don't get the benefits. It turns out speed up of the input and speed off of the input, that's what drives growth, not how hard it was, how quick it was.
