How Do You Rotate Your Exercises Week to Week?
The exercise rotation is baseally planned by the loading. They get speckled in based on the size of the out, where they belong in the month. So every large training day, you're going to see this exercise come up. And then when the exercise is reduced in intensity, that's when a modification will be added to it. There there's mutation of the exercise as it moves from one intensity zone to the next.
