Can We Define Anxiety?

What is anxiety? Can we define it? Owhen i decided to write a book about anxiety, i should have been predicting that people are gong to ask me that question. And i find i struggle with the definition. I mean, we all have a different subjective connection to that word. For some of us, it's dread, it's worry. It can be on future tripping, anticipating potential negative consequences. But let's take a few steps back. Anxiety is demly felt, like you feel it in your stomach. If you think about like war, physically it's manifesting. Maybe for different people it's different, but at least that's where i personally feel
