Is There a Monoculture of Energy Sources?

Electricity is better, period and a story, than gas. I worry about e diversity of energy sources. If the hurricane comes through and knocks out the power line between you and the wind turbans, it's never a good i diad to put all your wiggs eggs in one basket. And second part of that question is, should people just throw out their entire spice cabinet? Soa the single best thing you can do if you want to have a reallya fresh tasting spices is to buy a spice grinder  and only buy whole spices.
