I like going into facilities to offer the thing that I deliver and talk about because then it gives me context for what they're struggling with. The types of people that we're dealing with now in these sort of service driven businesses are not price sensitive, dropping the prices and solve the problem. They don't want cheap or they want a better alternative. That's what we have to represent. And if we don't do that, we're, we're,. we're, that you won't survive. If the answer is no, fix it.
