The Importance of High Intensity
A lot of coaches, you know, tend to make is we're always shifting the goalposts. So it's like, let's pump the brakes and understand now we actually make a bigger investment into quote unquote, high intensity or high output which is going to be 3k type effort. The key with training is what's all about extension of the target effort or pace, not making the target pace faster but moving faster and faster and so forth.
