How to Create a Boundary for Past Experiences and Behaviors
In this search part of the exercise, go back and search your memories for any really painful or upsetting situation that you found yourself in repeatedly. Do that in your journal, just kind of to get the juices flowing here. So try to really go deep into these situations, think about them, and look for those underlying patterns that you feel you want to change.
