Practicing Gratitude in Daily Life

When we encounter someone that's unpleasant, a co worker, or the annoying person in the store, or whatever it is, we can start to see these people as teachers. What? What can i learn from this? What can I learn from this behaviour i am experiencing? And then we can be equally grateful for the opportunities and the challenges. It's not very common for us to feel a sense of gratitude for our challenges. But the challenges are often the more formative of the two.
