Do You Have a New Patient Exam?
Nary: I have always been taught to do the new patient exam as a one, our appointment first, then do a second separate hygiene appointment that schedule later. Nary: But there's another person in this equation and that's the new patient. What we already determined this, what does the new patient want? They want their teeth cleaned. And so if they're not going to get their teeth cleaned on the first visit, guess what they're going to do? Hang up and call another office. Right. Makes total sense.
