The Importance of Qualitative Data in Product Development

The idea that your customers don't know that you're smarter than them is just ridiculous. So the best way of finding out what they need and what the, you know, the answers they need is by talking to them. I mean, if you have one product and you have a target audience, you don't need to talk to 200 customers to find out. If you're currently interviewing or talking to zero users or customers, one is infinitely better than zero.
