Gratitude Is a Winner for Mental Health and Well Being
There are studies to show that a gratitude practice is associated with increased well being over all. And you can do it in various different ways, can't you? You know, for me, i do it every night when i goin to bed. I just sit there before i go to sleep, and i consciously go through three things that day that i feel grateful for. Some days it's been a bad day, and they're tiny things, like a good cup of coffee,. Or the fact that my bed is warm and cosy and i'm really lucky to be in it. But just flipping my mind set to find those things, i suddenly feel my body change and kind of soften
