Gratitude Is a Winner for Mental Health and Well Being
There are studies to show that a gratitude practice is associated with increased well being over all. And you can do it in various different ways, can't you? You know, for me, i do it every night when i goin to bed. I just sit there before i go to sleep, and i consciously go through three things that day that i feel grateful for. Some days it's been a bad day, and they're tiny things, like a good cup of coffee,. Or the fact that my bed is warm and cosy and i'm really lucky to be in it.
