Dealing With a Difficult Boss

I would say the peer is probably the most challenging. Probably the most common too. I always encourage first, go to the person directly because it's much easier to catch it. Once you know someone more on a personal level, it's amazing how much better you can work together. And what I found effective is really trying to get them outside of the normal environment.
