MedSpa should be above 50%, ideally around the 60% profitability by no matter what service they offer. Invoice average amount should be about 450, so any patient coming through your door should end up about 450 spending in your practice. You will need that profitability from the different patients that's coming, average monthly revenue by your square foot. That is really the number that you should aim for.
