Do Barbells Have a Higher Ratio of Stimulus Magnitude Than Dumbbells?

The raw stimulus magnitude is primarily generated through the amount of absolute tension and stress that you can put on a muscle. Some exercises are really great, like bench presses, squats and stuff, but they are inherently more fatiguing than something like the dumbbell bench press. And so when we're talking about kind of stimulus to fatigue ratio, what we're trying to look at is like, okay, I want to get as much stimulus as possible, right? Maybe only if that as much Stimulus as possible side is counterbalanced well with the fatigue side.
