Nick was a Sega Genesis kid. He made a deal with his parents that if I could read 500 books, they would get me a Sega Genesis. We played Mario World and linked to the past and just became totally obsessed with Link to the past. It really defined into why we bought a PlayStation and got Final Fantasy 7 later.
