The Effect of Food Compass Scores on Disease Risk

Food compass scores foods on a scale of one to 100, with 100 being better and one being lower. Foods from 70 and up are encouraged; those that score less than 30 are minimized. For every 10 points higher food compass score an individual's diet, they had a 7% lower risk of premature death for just 10 points difference.
