The Benefits of Improv for Sales

The Second City is a theater where half of the cast of Saturday Night Live traditionally comes from. Improv taught me to listen and as a content creator, improv taught me to run an audience like it's no different than traditional theater because everybody knows their cues. And there was always something I did in sales too, where it's just like, I always want the prospect to see that I'm listening.
