i went through a period of severe over training. I was really tired, and i was struggling with motivation to get on the bike. The litmus test that i used was i would say, ok, i moaing to get on my bike. And if within 20 minutes i wasn't glad that i'd gotten on my bike, cause sometimes that happens, where you're just really tired, i don't want to go out. If within 20 minutes  I was like, no, not feeling i i would go home. It's so clear in hind sit but at the time, was happening was i was, this was happening.
