The process of improving fatigue resistance is a completely different process from, you know, sort of creating increases in my fibrabola number. So once again, we're talking about processes that are completely different from hypertrophy. And it's going to be necessary in order to protect the muscle fibers as we progress through our training program. But I don't think it's actually fair to say that it's necessary to causehypertrophy. We can do it without going through this process. Absolutely.
