Is Stretching the Only Solution to Stiffness?

Just because we feel stiff in an area doesn't actually mean we've got a structural adaptation or change to the tissue that is stiff. Stiffness can be driven by many things, just like weakness can and pain can be. I think there are other ways of dealing with stiffness than just stretching alone. It's about having options when it comes to stiffness. If something doesn't feel like it's working, then change tact. But stretching does change people's perceptions of stiffness quite a lot.
