You could use a set of lifting straps and have them up so that you don't have to have your wrists underneath your fingertips under the bar. Your arm should be out past your shoulder basically just beyond your shoulders, but you'll allow a little bit more alleviation of the sort of stress in the joint. If it's mobility at the ankle, maybe lift your heels, whether I pay with a set of weights plates under your heels. You might need to go a bit lighter just so that you can nail down that form actually as well. So resistance training is sufficient to improve longevity.
