If you are a beech body on demand member, i encourage you to jump in and watch the shalinex strem outs. I really stand behind those workouts. Unfortunately, they weren't working as well for me at the time that i was doing them,. Because i was also doing massive amounts of cardio, and i wasn't eating enough. So i am just going to say, in my own opinion, i'm not a fan of the diet plans. But the workouts, a thousand %. I stand behind them. They're so good.
