I think that as great as all of these smart watches are and all these smart devices they have basically shifted our focus from internal to external. I don't know what it should feel like in my body because I'm just gonna look at my watch and let my watch tell me if I'm doing it right right. If you are able to actually tune in you're gonna be much better prepared for race day or for your long run on the weekend. Sometimes people get so granular they like they get so narrowly focused on hitting that one number or achieving that one specific goal that they lose sight of why they even started running in the first place.
