A lot of it comes down to philosophy and attitudes. When you admire them and respect your audience it's amazing how much you begin to get into their lives literally. I remember years ago David Oglevey used to say well you've got to live and buy the product so he used to wear the shirts of course and drive Rolls Royce's, obviously but use the products in generally love the product. That always existed and particularly fan truths with Widening were tasked to stop us on that team. We all celebrate as an industry when people discover it but why are we missing it? How do we avoid missing those more obvious things?
