The Effects of Body Fat on Muscle Growth
Anytime a male exceeds 20% body fat, in many cases, any further blood work at higher body fat starts to look worse and worse. You absolutely gained fat cells probably permanently when you gain above a certain body fat percentage. It also gives you loose skin, which is as far as I can tell, only surgically treatable. And then you lastly have a poor work capacity, especially with higher repetition lifts and compounds.
