I think for me, it's like, I'm constantly just aware of how I'm feeling. So I try to really work out to release emotion and to feel good. And then I try to find time when I can during the day to just veg. When I lived in New York, I loved just walking to the park and people watching. Just taking like two hours, Madison Square Park, Central Park was my favorite place.
