"I was trying to make it minimally disruptive, but still significant in its impact," says D. "i've done at least 60 consecutive fasts, probably more like 70." Two meals a day works really well for him if i eat one in the early morning and then one in the late afternoon. He has also found that he can sleep through the night without being hungry.
