Cassidy: I find often we can get into the weeds very quickly in terms of like a marketing plan and so this is kind of a framework I stole from a very simple marketing plan I got 20 years ago. You need to be able to connect that dot right away and then from there what are the few things that we're doing in order to kind of move the needle on those objectives, she says. Cassidy: There's a reason there's three here because it shouldn't be five or ten and so you really want to boil this up into some high-level programs in order to have these types of conversations.
