Why AWS? Is It a Risky Move?

AWS is a stable company that hasn't laid off any engineers. It's more of a secure place and you went to a company that doesn't even know what sales engineering is. The economic climate is a risky move to go to an early stage startup. If we don't do what we're trying to do, it may not exist in a year or two years. And so that's the risk. I'm kind of betting on my view of the market and my gut instinct of being like that is useful. That's definitely a calculated risk that I took, but very fortunate to be able to take that risk.
