meditation is all about what happens outside the meditation, right? And i guess you'll mak in the case, as i try and to do with my patients, the by meditating, you actally are you're carating more time relativey. As they start to feel some of those benefits, and theyre doing it daily, that ten becomes fifteen. It's not a daily habit because you have discipline. If you come to daily habit, because you you so thoroughly enjoy the experience, either during immediately after the experience, or you think to yourself, whow. This is amazing, and and my life is getting so much better as a result of it....
