Is Conversation Design Going to Be Made Redundant?
I'm keen just to get your thoughts on, you know, do we get drawn towards the new shiny thing all the time? Does that potentially distract us away from doing things properly. And does that, how do things change conversation design was another thing? A conversation design going to be made redundant and all this kind of stuff. So it's a very interesting question, right? I think there's lots of things there in between those two camps. But they're both confolute about one thing: Large language models are not the same as NLU systems.
