With ADHD, it's almost like you're even more mindful or aware of it. Time ADHDers have some time perception quirks. We are the people who will play a video game for like 11 hours and not realize like that time has moved. So what I tell people is show up 15 minutes early to things at 15 or half hour to it. But if it's a task you're new at, you need to double the amount of time you think it'll take.
