How to Recover From Injury With Daily Routines
I have a daily like protocol I do, which is mobility that kind of changes based on how I progress and what's bothering me. Matthew Pendola is actually writing that for me and we kind of go through it every week to just seelike what's working, what's not. And so I do that daily protocol and, you know, he always wants me to do it daily. Like PTs sometimes give you exercises and tell you to do them eight times a day. But who has time to do something that much? So for me, like my daily protocol, for me personally, I say I can't do it every day. I can do it six days a week. Right
