The de-centering really I think describes this phenomenon of developing a different relationship to thinking. And in allowing and letting be we can develop a different Relationship to emotions and even to sensations in our body that may be intense. The two big takeaway messages that people report is thoughts are not facts and depression is not me. It's pretty revolutionary understandings.
