The Benefits of a Low Carbohydrate Diet for Exercise
The fat oxidation was way higher in the keto adapted athletes and that's going to give them a big endurance benefit. If they have the same amount of glycogen there shouldn't be any decline in the intensive benefit so i'm not an elite athlete myself but i didn't notice any decline in my performance with this diet.
