How to Break Down a Problem to a Subset
Most problems have a Brazilian subparts to them. Sheena: If you have a solution that solves for those say five important subparts and it solves for about 80 to 85%, then I think you've got a good breakdown. One of the mistakes people make is they either make their breakdown too vague, in which case it's not really testable, right? Or they only put in subparts that are so easy to measure and are easy to do that even though they can solve for it, it's just too minimal. It doesn't do enough. Right.
